It was a super close vote, but Hollanders came out strong at the end!
Driving into town, I immediately stopped by the Tiger Hills Arts Association building. Remember, my goal is to show people what they can see regardless of what time of day they go. You’ll have to go check the inside yourself. I will say, I actually enjoy how beautiful this community is on the outside, as well as the inside. It’s worth taking a drive for.
As we continue throughout the town, you notice the loveliness of the buildings. The churches in the community are particularly beautiful on the outside, and so I included some photos of them. As a rule, I do not take photos of private homes, but if you’re a sucker for good architecture, keep your eyes open. We decided to drive down every street to see what their was, and we were not disappointed.
We checked out the memorial, and also walked along the road to the race track. The Holland Ice Gardens appears to be one of the places to be, and you can tell the community is proud of Tammy Mahon. Anyone who can jump over high things gets my respect.
I didn’t take any photos of the mini-golf course or the windmill because I did that once, but I should have. The course is being used, and the smiles on faces shows it’s doing what it’s supposed to. If you haven’t gone down to check it out, please do. Thank you to Holland for being so inviting. We will be back soon.
To everyone who voted for Notre Dame, thank you. The vote was too close to not do something on your community. Thus, I think we will head out there sooner than later. Stay tuned!
